Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms cover your use of wgorch — the dashboard, the API, and the routing service behind them. By creating an account or connecting a device, you agree to them.
01The service
wgorch orchestrates WireGuard tunnels. Your device connects to a stable entry gateway, and the control plane steers its exit across the regions your plan allows, rerouting away from unhealthy gateways. We operate the control plane and the gateways; we do not inspect, log, or proxy the contents of your traffic.
02Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be legally able to enter a contract to use wgorch.
03Keys and devices
WireGuard keypairs are generated on your device. We only ever receive the public key; the private key never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. Because we don't hold your private keys, we can't recover a lost one — rotate the device's key or add a new device instead.
04Acceptable use
Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access that violates it, threatens the integrity of the network, or is required to stop by law.
05Plans and billing
Paid plans set your device_limit, available regions, and whether you may pin an exit. Fees, intervals, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Where billing is enabled, charges recur automatically until you cancel; where it isn't enabled on a deployment, the billing pages say so rather than charging you. Changing plans takes effect as described at the time of change and carries your devices over.
06Availability
We work to keep the service healthy and to reroute around failures automatically, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages, and gateway failures can affect availability. Current component status is published on our status page.
07Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, your devices and keys stop being served; you can remove your configuration from your own devices at any point.
08Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms belong on the support page.
